The Report

Shortly after the conclusion of the home inspection, the prospective buyer will be emailed the report detailing the condition of all the homes systems and structural components. The report will be accompanied by photos where needed to illustrate a particular issue. The client is encouraged to review the inspection report in person with the inspector, to clarify any information not understood.

Almost no home is going to be in perfect condition, even a new or recently built one. A typical inspection will usually uncover at least a few issues in need of attention. John will review these with the buyer and suggest simple solutions where possible.

John uses the Tap Inspect service to deliver inspection reports to the prospective buyer and their agent. The reports are easy to read and can be viewed at the buyers convenience.
